The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada’s Family & Friends® CPR Anytime® Personal Learning Program is a self-directed program designed to teach the core life-saving skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in as little as 20 minutes. Each kit contains:

  • Mini Anne™ — A personal, inflatable CPR mannequin
  • A bilingual (English and French) CPR Skills Practice DVD
  • A bilingual (English and French) Family & FriendsTM CPR instructional booklet

The Family & Friends® CPR Anytime® kit teaches the essential skills of CPR to adults and children. The DVD also includes an automated external defibrillator (AED) demonstration as well as instruction on how to help someone who is choking.
